Sage Capital Funds Management is an advisory company that advises the SAGE NPE Fund I. The fund makes investments in private, mid-market Indian companies and creates value by partnering with entrepreneurs and owner-managers to help them build stronger, more profitable businesses.

Although each investment opportunity is unique, we do look for a few themes when evaluating businesses.

We prefer rapidly growing, profitable private companies.

We are interested in a wide range of sectors including suppliers to the Indian infrastructure industry, sectors that will benefit from the growing disposable income in India and businesses that will benefit from India’s large scientific and technical talent pool.

We also like to partner with owner-managers who aspire to create market leaders and are willing to tie personal success to the value created by the business.
